On your device. Everything is computed and saved locally. If you turn on iCloud sync, a copy travels through your own private iCloud database so your other Apple devices stay up to date — we never see it.
Yes. Switch to two-person mode and enter each person's income and per-envelope amounts. Charts and totals break down by person. Switch back to one-person mode any time — Person 2's amounts simply hide, nothing is lost.
No. The projections are scenarios built entirely from the assumptions you enter — investment return, inflation, taxes, spending and Social Security. They're a way to compare choices, not a recommendation. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
The summary turns to a warning color when you've allocated more than your income (over-allocated), and a single envelope's bar warns when it alone takes a large share of income. It's a nudge to rebalance — nothing is broken.
